We do not refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons. all of our products are covered with a 6 month warranty to cover any manufacturing faults.
Please bear in mind we do not cover any damage that has been incurred by the customer. If the item is faulty please note that we do not cover shipping costs and if the item is refunded we will deduct the postage fee.
